        This bank is a complete joke. Whether there is 1 teller here or 300 it will take a MINIMUM of 15 minutes to make a simple cash deposit. Even if you are the only one in line. Employees are always cold and aloof, never know what each other are doing, and take their sweet time to take care of you. If there is more than one car in the drive thru line you can forget it.

        Horrible, horrible service. Only 2 cars in drive through, during non rush time, 14 minutes to make a withdrawal. Employees clueless how to manage customer service, disgrace to TRUIST.

        This locations I wait 55 minutes easy everytime I come here. And I'm a business customer! The service here has become horrible.
