Chris was very professional and well versed in the company and the products and services that were offered. He took his time and explained the difference between the units and explained the entire process to me. He held my quote and price for 3 months and informed me of all my options. The crew came on time on the day of installation, helped me to load my old unit on to a trailer so I could recycle it myself. The crew was kind, professional and very courteous. They answered all of my questions about the installation. They also cleaned up all installation waste gave me my warranty package. The company also took care of my warranty registration and sent me confirmation emails with city permit and warranty included. Great company! Services: Thermostat installation, AC installation

Responsive service, my evaporator coil failed after barely a year of installation and they are going to come out and replace it free of charge. Quality service like that should be commended. Thank you Ameritech I truly appreciate it.

My wife left a bad review after extremely poor service, constant breakdown, and rude techs. The CEO refused service unless we took down our review. We did and called a year later and everyone refused to speak with us due to this regard. As a VP of customer experience I'm truly apalled at the lack of care for customer the CEO had. I spoke civilly with him over the phone several times and he kept harping on my wife instead of the faults of his employees.
