AmeriTech Air Conditioning and Heating

Not sure if they do a good job with ACs but I do know they hired a careless and unsafe driver. Swerving, taking up 2 lanes, almost side swiping many other drivers including almost sandwiching me in between him and another car on the highway. Doing all this with a HUGE logo for AMERITECH on the van. Maybe drunk on the job or just plain stupid. I would've left a private survey/contact form for the manager/owner but there wasn't one available on their website from what I saw. Get it together, dude.

Blower would not shut off. Their install. Turned out to be bad chip - per them. Under warranty. I had to ask. They just folded that cost into a b's labor charge. Would not provide me with itemized invoice. Worked ok all summer. When I tried heater, it would not shut off when temp reached. They refuse to come back for free to remedy their error. Probably gave me a refurb chip or one not compatible with unit.

Ameritech installed our new a/c unit and replaced our ducts. They did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this company.

Weve been using them for two years for emergencies and preventative maintenance. Always on time, calls when on the way, quality service, neat, answering questions,, good cleaning and fair pricing. Office staff friendly and no hold time. I have them respond to emergencies fast when larger companies wouldnt come. Never had to call them back to fix mistakes. Highly recommend.

Ameritech has been servicing my house for the past 4 years and have had good luck with the technicians that come out. Elias came to the house recently and was very thorough and talked through any questions I had
