I've been utilizing Family First Primary Care for various health issues over the past several years and can honestly say that the Dr's and staff have always treated my health concerns with respect and as a top priority regardless of how small or large the issue may have been. In addition, when referrals were needed to specialists, I found the recommendations to be very helpful. Thank you to the Dr.s and staff.

Staff incompetence. They are AWFUL about prescription management. If you have a monthly prescription that is NECESSARY for your health and functioning, DO NOT COME TO THIS DOCTOR'S OFFICE.

Ive been waiting for a referral for months now and finally called the place they said they sent the referral to just for them to say they have never received a referral in the first place. I called first primary care, more like tried to call because they NEVER answer the phone, and was told I couldnt be help because the referral coordinator wasnt available and I would receive a call back. Its been a week and still nothing. Now Im searching for a new primary care doctor who actually cares about their patients.

Unprofessional, unhelpful, and sometimes rude. My appointments felt rushed and the physicians were incapable of being helpful at all.

Dr Butler and her team of nurses and staff are awesome.My father was cared for by Dr Butler for many years until he passed. She always listens to him and took exceptionAl care.
