Sender received confirmation of delivery. However the flowers had not arrived (someone is always home). Seller was contacted and Athens resent flowers one day after expected delivery. Arrangement was average in a clear vase. Did not come with flower food to extend the life of the flowers. I gave them 3 stars because Athens easily corrected the mistake.

This company is unbelievable. They messed up our order multie times. I ordered a $200 ($241 with delivery) arrangement based on a $99 design which was supposed to be doubled in size for the extra $100. Instead, they split it into 2 vases and didn't increase the number of flowers so they $99 design was 2 smaller vases. Then they were supposed to fix it and did not deliver the next day as promised. Then they didn't deliver the second day. Saturday, the third day nothing showed. Finally they made the delivery the following Monday and I'm told the owner was doing the design and delivering it to ensure it was done correctly. What showed up late that day (almost a week late) was not worth $30. Instead of an elaborate $200 long stem arrangement there were 9 roses, some carnations and lots of greenery. Some of the carnations were already dying. There was more green than flowers which is the complete opposite of the pic online. I ordered this through Lily's Florist which handles orders nationally and routes them to local florists. Lilys was great but the actual designer, Athens, was a nightmare. The whole time the recipient was expecting this beautiful display and was instead disappointed time after time to only end with a final delivery that appeared to be done in spite and retaliation. Lilys refunded me on the order and I guess Athens didn't like having to do the delivery anyway and decided to send junk. Mistakes happen but it's how you handle it that creates your reputation.

My son spent his hard-earned money on two bouquets for Valentine's Day/My birthday.Delivered the wrong day and left in the middle of my walkway.Highly disappointed!!Flowers died a day later!!and the vase i could have got at the dollar store.They should not be in business at all as a flowerShop! They are completely ripping people off who work hard to send their loved ones special gifts
