Action Gator Tire

I had a boat trailer that I had bought two new tires to put on and took the boat and trailer to Action Gator and they put my tires on for me. Note, I didnt buy them from them, yet they still put them on and when I went to pay they wouldnt take a payment. They did it for free! Very satisfying experience at action gator tire in Ocala great customer service from Chris and John and very great job done by Cj I was in and out in less then a hour and thats not normal when your getting 10 tire on a big rig that was and amazing job by Cj and its hurt me when I went by there today and there shop was closed down

New tires and alignment for my F250 Super Duty truck.  They ride as smooth as silk!  VERY happy with all the work. I will be bringing in my 5th wheel trailer for new tires and wheel bearing service.  John and Chris are fantastic.

This was my first time coming to Action Gator and I'm seriously dissapointed I didn't know about them until now.  I had gotten a quote prior to coming to AG from someone else that hadn't even looked at my car but was "sure" that I was going to need new rotors on top of a brake change.  Action Gator showed me that they value honesty and long term client relationships over padding their pockets on bogus work...... First, I was impressed how efficient and kind they were to each customer they handled while I was waiting on my brake change.  The mechanic spoke to me respectfully and honestly, never assuming I wouldn't understand because I'm a woman.  And at the end of my visit, I got to chat with the manager Chris who really rounded out the importance of individual client relationships. No doubt he's a solid leader because everyone in that shop acted like they were good friends or family with each other, and that speaks volumes about their business ethics.  I'll be coming back in a month to get some more maintenance done and have found my go-to guys at this shop.  Thank you to Chris and all the guys at Action Gator for your help and kindness this morning!
