AutoMasters Service Center

I always feel confident that by bringing my vehicles here I am getting good advice. The Hyundai dealer said I needed almost $2,500 worth of work done on my vehicle and it was urgent. Auto Masters gave me a 2nd opinion and advised that this work could wait until I put another 10,000 miles on my car. Thank you.

Awesome work they worked with when the dealership could not. They replaced my abs modular car runs smooth Brittany has excellent customer service. Some business should take notes on how good she it. The have replaced a horn a while back again when the dealership could not. There honest and don't rip you off or try and sell you things on the car you don't need!! Will be back for future needs.

After a previously positive service experience, I took my Audi to Automasters to diagnose my windshield washer not working. We discussed the symptoms and 45 minutes later they came back with the diagnosis of a failed pump, as expected. John asked me if I wanted to replace it and of course I said yes. Shortly after that he told me my car was ready. I figured they had just put the car back together so I could drive it home. John then presented me with a very reasonable bill that included the installation of a new pump. Very pleasantly surprised, I asked how they replaced it so quickly. He said that based on our "symptoms" discussion he ordered the pump before they took the car in, just in case and the pump had arrived while I was waiting!! In this day and age of horrible service as a standard, WHO DOES THAT? I'm so glad to have a reliable local shop I can take my baby to! Thank you John and AutoMasters.
