        Horrible Morning due to Budget rent a truck. We had a reservation for a truck and car trailer. The person working there, told my Girlfriend that they don't load your car on the trailer. Then he told us Rental Insurance is required. We are covered through our auto policy and checked with Geico. We should've used U-Haul like we always do, but decided on Budget. We won't make that mistake, ever again. Do Not Use this company

        I am so disappointed in your company. I rented a moving truck from them on 5/16/23 @ 5"01 pm and returned it on 5/17 pm @ 5:20 pm. The agent was helping someone else so I told him to put it on my credit card. They processed it the next day and charges me $59.95 for another day. If you need to rent a car or any vehicle don't go to budget because you will be sorry.
