I hired this company to clean our offices at Manning Building Supplies. They started out doing a fantastic job and we were extremely happy. Unfortunately, they were not dependable. Then, the owner stopped coming. His wife, although she is very sweet, was coming with only children to help her. We have a rather large facility and the work requires at least two adults. She was overwhelmed and the work suffered from it. She began to reschedule more often and then they then stopped showing up at all! I left numerous messages at all three phone numbers provided and neither the owner, Brandon, nor his wife, Shalita, would return my calls. I would not recommend them to anyone if you need dependable workers who will show up when they say they are going to show up. Very unprofessional!!!

Me and my wife worked with several janitorial companies for our studio, but Caudill Janitorial and Floor Care did the best job for us!

This company has been cleaning our office for a few months now, and I am happy to say that our premises have never been so well-maintained. We have had bad experiences with other commercial cleaning companies, so working with this one is a breath of fresh air. Highly recommended!
