Marion Cleaning Co.

I originally posted this as a 5 star review but have revised my review to a 2 star for the following. We recently had some remodeling done at our house. The contractor hired Marion Cleaning to clean the entire house when they finished. Nicole and Karina spent almost 3 hours cleaning. Our house was spotless when they left. If you are thinking about hiring a cleaning company in the Ocala area look no further. You will not be disappointed. Since I posted this review we have had a terrible experience. No question the cleaning was excellent when they cleaned our home after some remodeling. When we decided to have them clean our house on a regular basis that's when the problems started. The tech was to get here at 1:00. At 1:20 no tech and text the office. Said she was in the community and lost. Said she would be there soon. 1:40 still no tech. We had to call the office and she apologized and said that she even drew her a map. Her solution was to reschedule. After planning the whole day around the cleaning and her solution was to reschedule. She couldn't get her to our house? We cancelled the service. To date we have never received a written apology. Just so you know the cleaning is fantastic but the dependability and customer service is a lot to be desired. Hope she does not do this to any new clients.

I had the pleasure of working with Nicole and her team from Marion Cleaning Co, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I was waiting for the property to be cleaned so I could photograph it for a Realtor, and the level of professionalism and courtesy displayed by Nicole and her team was outstanding. When I entered the property, I was truly amazed by how spotless and refreshed it looked. I highly recommend Marion Cleaning Co. for their exceptional service and attention to detail. They made my job as a photographer much easier, and I have no doubt they can make any property shine.

Nicole and her team are fantastic to work with. They are professional, courteous, and always on time. I use them on all of my residential and commercial construction job sites. I even use them at my office and personal home. I would highly recommend them if you want the job done right and when you need it done. 5 out of 5 Service. I am the Operations Manager over at UWRG in Ocala. We were searching for a cleaning service when we stumbled upon this company.
