Just wanted to say how disappointed I am with your service. I finally got a settlement with York on my outside AC unit. When I told them about the fifth motor and my labor warranty just ran out a few weeks before the motor burned out . They said if your company would have contacted them they would have covered the labor, but not now three months later. I'm very disappointed in your service and will let my feedback know on social media. I was in customer service for almost 30 years and i always looked out after my customers. I paid $700 for the repair and diagnostic fee and was told this was a flat rate rate charge. Funny after checking around I found another company with a flat rate of $350 fir the same repair. Bill was very competent, efficient, and friendly during his maintenance service call. He also provided some expertise for a neighbor whose AC drain line was plugged. We were able to unplug his drain line with Bill's help. He also fashioned a small adapter to help me use my shop vac to pull a vacuum on my drain line when needed. This extra effort deserves special recognition and my neighbor is going to contact Conditioned Air for planned maintenance. Thank you Bill!! Service: A/C system maintenance

I had an annual maintenance plan with Conditioned Air for two years, where they come out every six months and give everything a once-over. When they were out for routine maintenance in February 2022, the tech spotted a burnt wire capacitor along with a burnt terminal, so I paid $245 for a new Turbo 200x Capacitor. After installing it, the tech left, and I immediately noticed that my AC unit would not turn off. Instead, as soon as it reached temperature, it'd just stay on indefinitely. Of course, it wasn't doing this before the tech's visit, but it could be a coincidence. Conditioned Air was excellent about getting a tech out to look at it again free of charge; however, he found nothing wrong and said I should replace the entire unit ($10,000+) since it's getting old. I was unhappy with this response, so I called back, and they sent a different tech five days later. Same response nothing is wrong; the unit is old and needs replacement soon. For six months, I manually turned the AC off and on when I wanted to use it until August, when Conditioned Air came out for the 6-month check-up. A different tech maybe he will know what's wrong. Although he didn't find anything wrong, he suggested I pay $1087 for a new blower motor or $10,000 to replace the AC unit. I did neither. It's now November, and we plan to travel in December. I called a different AC company to give me a final opinion on what to do. The tech came out, fiddled for 5 minutes, and said, "I know what's wrong; it's your Motor Start Capacitor and Relay." The entire visit with labor and parts cost only $140, and my A/C has worked perfectly ever since. Services: A/C system repair, A/C system maintenance
