Was Global Air lightning quick to respond? Yes. Fast and efficient on site? For sure. Courteous? Absolutely. Do I feel highway robbed? Unfortunately, that too. They felt it appropriate to charge me $150 for a capacitor that can be had on Amazon for $31. To be clear, this was the charge just for the part, labor was a separate fee. No quote was given prior to installation, I just got hit with the quintuple markup after the job was already done. Worst part - the capacitor that failed was under warranty, but (of course) that specific capacitor was not in stock in the service provider's vehicle, so I had to pay out of pocket for a part that should've been 100% covered. Vinnie is a great guy, and does wonderful work. Friendly, knowledgeable and overall good guy. The company is responsive and helpful.

We can't say enough good things about Global Air Conditioning. It was Sunday and our air was out. They were here within the hour and we are cool again. Xavier, the technician, was professional and answered all our questions. We will be signing up for their maintenance program right away. Bobbie & Richard
