We checked out 5 quotes and met with each of these people. Patrick was the one that we found to be most heartfelt and genuine. We called him and told him we would like to use him but needed to negotiate on the price and he was very understanding of our budget. Patrick came and did a wonderful job. Neat clean and hard working. After the install of the vapor barrier, we had our bug man come and spray, he goes under our house and sprays and he told us of the hundreds of homes he goes under this is one of the best jobs he has seen. It sure makes you feel good that we made the right choice.

He stands by his quotes doesnt try to nickel and dime you like a lot of companies do and goes the extra mile. He will show you pictures of before and after and you will be impressed. I have never met anyone who had more dedication to caring about his customers. Patrick is one of a kind. I was scheduled for installation of a vapor barrier and on that day Patrick arrived with his brother to do the installation. One of his workers had an illness and had to be taken to the hospital and another was also Ill. Instead of moving my appointment out they did the job. During the process he noticed a problem with one of the ducts. He said he would come back and fix it. It was too late at the time. He did comeback and repaired the problem. Patricks character is unmatched as far as Im concerned and truly is a man of INTEGRITY.

Patrick and his team were top notch, very caring and considerate, Patrick addressed all the concerns i had with the job, not only did they listen but they fixed alot of issues i was having under the structure, these guys know their stuff and they care about their customers and live up to the companies name Integrity, if you are looking for a vapor barrier and are on the fence on who to use just hire these guys you wont be sorry, they go above and beyond and really have your best interests in mind. they provide a level of customer service rarely found these days. Patrick and the Integrity Vapor Barrier team went above and beyond to assist in rectifying a poor installation by a mobile home vendor. Last year my family purchased a mobile home in the Newport Richy area. I honestly dont know how it passed inspection. Plumbing in the master bedrooms bathroom was not connected & plumbing from the main waterline was leaking. A year of water and soap accumulated inside the insulation causing a mold to form. After contacting 8 vapor barrier contractors I chose Integrity Vapor Barrier mobile home repair to do the job. Patrick is a very reasonable man and Im also happy that he offered mold mist. None of the other vendors offered to take care of mold. He even inspected the air condition ducts and vents to the inside of the house. His team is very professional and very thorough. I would highly recommend this company to neighbors and local Mobile home community management companies. Thank you Patrick, Kevin, Laura and everyone who assisted. You guys are the best!!!
