Dont sign anything with this builder, keep looking! Once youve signed a contract you will be waiting and waiting. Not to mention poor communication and poor quality. Oh and if you need anything fixed, forget about it! Worst building experience ever!

Im currently building with Vitale Homes. We started the process in September 2021. We were told the home would take 10-12 months. We were given a closing time end of October 2022. Then they said December 2022, then end of March 2023, and now end of April 2023. Trying to get information from Jon is a waste of time, he never returns phone calls. Were having to live month to month on our lease which is almost double. We bought appliances and have to pay to store them. Were having to pay $1500 a month to keep our interest rate because we locked in a 3.8% and now rates are over 7%. Vitale homes is not helping us with any of these extra costs and not taking any responsibility for their negligence with our home. Service: Home building

We researched and visited homes of all the builders in this area before choosing Vitale Homes. My husband and I chose Vitale Homes because they are well-built homes and offered options to customize the home to our taste. Their homes include several features that are considered upgrades by other builders, or in some cases, are not even offered. A few examples are covered lanais, upgraded insulation in the attic, marble window seals and lever light switches and door knobs throughout the home. Shawn, our construction manager, did a great job throughout the building process. We first met with Shawn on our pre-drywall inspection. We brought detailed notes to the walk through and Shawn took his time going room by room throughout the home to review the progress. A couple weeks prior to closing, we met with Shawn again to review a few last minute items. Our final walk through with Shawn was lengthy and very thorough. He took about 2 hours to walk through the home and explained such items as the operation and maintenance of air-conditioning system and zoning and operation of the irrigation system. He closed the walk through with a review of the home warranty. Choosing Vitale Homes was a blessing for my husband and me, and we, along with our dachshunds, are thoroughly enjoying our new home and the Rose Haven Community. I purchased a Vitale Home and it was a great experience and a beautiful product. The quality of my home is impeccable. The staff are responsive and eager to please and the builder truly cares about the quality of his work and his customers experience. I highly recommend purchasing a Vitale Home.

Vitale Homes build our house couple years ago. We are very pleased with the quality of work and the design of our house. It is very beautiful and very well made we are so happy that we choose Vitale Homes. The owner is very responsive (we have had questions such as where we can purchase the same doors - and he has been very helpful with his responses) We highly recommend Vitale Homes.
