I have a funky lamp with an even funkier lamp shade which has a silk lining. Lamp Lady took my shade and was able to reline it so that I wouldnt loose the funky shade. I was ever so happy because I didnt want to loose either the lamp or the shade. They go together! Great work, professional and reasonable for my request. I will use them again!

If you have a Christmas wreath or a ceramic Christmas tree that doesn't light up anymore, Scott (the Lamp Lady) is the man who can fix it for you for a reasonable price.  He can also fix any heirloom lamp that no longer works or repair any electrical cord that's been chopped by landscapers or careless movers.  He works out of a converted barn, flanked by a lemon tree. If the repair is not too complex, he will repair it while you wait and offer free lemons to take home.  In my instance, he repaired my cut cord by soldering with the linesman twist, covering with two layers of electrical shrink wrap, and finishing off with 1 layer of electric tape.  The cost was eminently reasonable--given the immediate turn around time.                  His delightful sense of humor (e.g. Lamp Lady) makes the repair time speed by.  His workshop is out in the Golden Gates estates, but it's a pleasant and definitely worthwhile drive.    Stickers, a delightful white dog, will happily greet you as you drive past Scott's beautiful colonial house to the rear where the workshop exists. Lamp Lady is definitely the answer to any woman's prayer when it comes to electrical repairs.

We took a 3-way end table lamp that would only work on one level to be repaired.  He fixed it quickly and we enjoyed chatting as he worked on it.  The cost was very reasonable and we appreciate the good work.  His place is out in the country a bit, but worth the drive.

Scott was so helpful with questions I had about a repair. He is an excellent source for lamp repair or renovation. If I need further help I would go to him for my lamp service.
