We wanted to fix our own problem.
Well, ok fine, we are not from Naples. We know how to fix things, and not by filing the adapters and putting epoxy on them. This light weighs 40 pounds!
We really believe there is a right way to do things, either the right parts. Not happy with the flippant attitude.
On the call I was told by Greg, if you want it fixed right bring in your parts.
We did....The experience was bad.
If you are leaving your stuff and waiting till its done, beware of THE FIX !
