Comfort Keepers

I utilized Comfort Keepers in Florida to assist my mother in her daily activities. Although there were a few bumps in the road, overall I was very satisfied with this service. Two of her favorite caregivers were sisters, Michelle and Jennifer (definitely worth 5 stars). They provided compassionate, exceptional care for my mother. I am forever grateful to these two women. I am moving my mother to Arizona, and know she is going to miss her daily contact with them. I wish to thank them both for the kindness and care they gave my mother in the last year. I would recommend this company for others seeking assistance with their loved ones. The one thing we were not at all happy with was the length of time it took for them to send our paid bill to her Long Term Insurance for repayment to us. The weekly bill would come to us and the money was immediately taken from our checking account. Comfort Keepers were then supposed to send it to mom’s long term care insurance so we would be reimbursed. At one time they were 7 weeks behind in sending the bills over for repayment. At a cost of $600+/week, that came to over $4,000+ to be repaid that mom was waiting for. That’s a lot of money for an older person to be without. There excuse each time was that they were waiting on notes from one of their caregivers. I told them straight up, this wasn’t OUR problem, but sounded like an internal administrative problem. We finally got it straightened out, but it was an issue that should never happen to the elderly patients they care for.

Comfort Keepers is a quality organization with exceptional people. They offer many levels of assistance and are experts at developing personal plans for care. Comfort Keepers is an Agency, they employee and extensively train all of their caregivers. They are also certified on dementia care. We highly recommend them for anyone in search of quality home care!

I've been wanting to bring my mother to my new home in naples, but because I work, I was unable to know how this would be possible. With the help of the wonderful company, I was able to successfully create a warm and safe home for my mother. I know that with the help of Comfort Keepers, help will always be a phone call away. Now, I can leave my mother in my home alone without fear, knowing an aide will be with her, and helping her with the things that I can't. Dependable, friendly and reliable. I will always give Comfort Keepers a 10/10.
