High Velocity Hurricane

Dealing with the owner, Steve, on multiple delays. Totally unsure at this point since promises after promises not kept. Stay tuned. The shutters got installed... finally after a COVID delayed 7months. The product seems excellent. The installers were quite friendly and professional. If you have existing screens that are part of your lanai, perhaps you live in a high rise, the installers will not remove these. This came as a surprise. We now have double screens and hurricane shutters. After five days, the job still not fully installed. They will have to come back to finish in January.

I do not recommend the employees of this contractor to install french doors since when they are done they will not lock, since they do not understand a three point locking system on a hurricane door, the doors will leak, they do not understand the concept of a sill pan or flashing and they will not return to finish the job or correct the issues once they have your money.

This is a great company to do business with. It is nice to speak with good customer service representatives, who are actually very knowledgeable on their products. I am very satisfied with the quality of my new shutters! They definitly make our family feel safe! I would highly recommend them, if you're in the market

Great company to work with for quality goods and work. Great staff team that helps you figure out what you really need for protection from disaster. I replaced all windows and doors in my house with high Velocity. I absolutely made the right choice. Steve was honest and easy to work with. There is a saying that you’re only as good as the people that work for you and the people that work for Steve are exceptional. His job manager Aaron was professional and able to answer any questions. The little minor details matter to me.... my house was always cleaned up and you would’ve never known construction had occurred once the guys packed up for the day. O highly recommend this team!
