Don't get an awning because if rain gets on it they will not stand behind it.   My awning just got some light rain on it and now will not go  up evenly. They want $2000 to repair. It is  a few months old. Very disappointing

An outstanding company. I had an emergency with my awning. Stuck in the open position and I had a flight to catch. Stacey diverted one of her crews to immediately come to my home and fix the issue. It's service like this that sets this company as one if the best. I really appreciate what they did for me. Excellent customer focused company.

Seems like Naples Awning have no respect for an old man with a heavy accent like myself.Visited they warehouse office, and explain the front desk lady, the work to be done, she called the owner. First impression, a aged broken man, few words, no introduction. Informed the clerk to write up the work order, and we will do the job tomorrow and we will call. She took all my information and phone number.Next day nobody showed up. At 3:15 I called the office, they could not find the work order, took my phone and they will call back. 30 minutes later I called again, the lady told me they will call tomorrow (again) I explained to her that I will not be home tomorrow, to please check an schedule and give me a two hours window. I asked her why she did not call me back, she said that is all she can do. I expressed to her that it seems they don't have the personnel to do the job, and at present time they are disorganized. She became upset on the phone, and recognized that at present time they are disorganized. It was not, at any time, any excuses, or apologies, simply she admitted they are at present disorganized, and for me to better find somebody else, they can't promise me they will be able to do the job.Seems like at present time, they are on the "last leg" as business is concerned. I am sure at some time, they were good. It is a big warehouse, at present time seems like a "white elephant".Emilio G
