        Please dont bring clothes here employees are extremely rude I have brought clothes here two years and they know me today they close at 4 pm I arrived they saw me and ignore me and didnt open the door this is the second time it happens to me. I will pick up my clothes this Monday and I would never come back here again and I probably spend about $1000 a month in dry cleaning. They walked out in my face and ignored me.

        They are the worst, they saw at four and for a minute late they did not give me the clothes, clothes that were to be worn tomorrow, those employees including the older lady are the worst, they have the worst attitude, in life I will return to bring my clothes here

        I dont write bad reviews unless I feel I have been wronged. My wife and I have been a customer for many years. I have been a repeat customer and always renewed my membership every year when they told me it was up. I come to find out my membership expired 2021 and I have been paying 20% more for the last two years. Costing me hundreds. They dont call or tell you when you pick up your clothes hoping the customer pays more. Please make sure your membership is up to date. Bc they wont tell you.

      Mr. Alvarez, I apologize for the inconvenience. I cannot find an account under your name so I can’t call you back to try to solve the problem and come to give you your clothing or deliver it. If you arrive after closing time this happens. Employees have to close on time. Send me the name on your account and I can get the clothing to you asap. I Just learned that your wife also wrote a review for the same reason. I understand that you actually came to the store sometime after 4:05 . The cash drawers were closed and money counted and reports basically finished. We will allow customers in if the closing process has not been completed. This was not the case today. I called your wife to see if she wanted me to go and give you the clothing immediately or deliver it but it seems like it was really not that urgent and she said would pick it up on Monday no problem.

      Mrs. Mena. Very sorry. The employees have strict orders to close on time. I recommend that you do your best to arrive before the closing time that is published in the media and on our door. If you need to pick up the clothes today, I can go and deliver them to you immediately.
      I called you to try to deliver or go open for you to pick up and you said it was not urgent and it could wait until Monday. So we'll see you then.

      Dear Mr. Palacio,I am sorry you feel that way. You have been a valued customer for years with us and we really appreciate it. Our business is to do your dry cleaning. We offer the membership without selling it up front. It’s our way to appreciate our loyal customers. We list it in our website and give it to those who buy it. Our system has no capability of reminding us the day your membership expires. The system sets to give the discount for a whole year and then stops when the expiration date arrives. The invoices you receive each time you come to drop off or pickup or via email , contain all the pricing details. I recommend you set a reminder 1 year out on your smart phone, or quickly scan your invoice when you come to check if the discount is there. We honor all the memberships we sell. They are an amazing deal for the work we do.
