One Price Dry Cleaning

Please don't bring your clothing here to be dry cleaned , atleast your expensive suits. I brought my tahari suit here for the first time, never washed in the machine and it is completely destroyed. Please take photos of your clothing before you give it and take it after you receive it. Don't be cheap pay the price at places like Lamar that will make sure they are using the right products on your stuff.

I must say this is a new lease on customer service....This establishment has new owners and indeed it has made a world of difference!!! I waited, and tried other cleaners in anticipation of what was the past owners way of handling customers... it was scary to walk into that place, now you are greeted with a smile, very helpful and professional service and I must say my clothes were done right!!! Thanks for renewing my hope in humanity

The store says under new management. It is very neat and clean so I had a good feeling about this place. My clothes were pressed like new. The front desk staff is friendly and very professional. I'd reccomend them to my family and friends

Is there a way to post no stars! This establishment has no regard for customer service. Closing hours are stated to be 7:00 pm however the owner seems to chose whatever hours she wants. Customers arrived to pickup dry cleaning at 6:45PM with the open sign still indicating that they should be open and were told by the owner that the business was closed and then proceeded to leave the establishment through the back door while customers were still at the front door awaiting service. Rude, disgusting approach to customer satisfaction. Take your hard earned money elsewhere, there are many other dry cleaners out there that will appreciate your business and who acknowledge that you have choices.

The owner, which is the lady that's always there, has no Inter personal skills what so ever. Don't waste your time by trying to Support their Business. Take your money else where. I will not be returning and I differently won't be referring anyone there.
