Buying an old house can be full of surprises. We are extremely satisfied with the service provided by Acme Septic. They have proven that the customer satisfaction is their first priority. They are willing to help in any way they can. I feel that potential buyers should really consider this company before they request a septic inspection with any other company out there. Nate and Brian came out, helped me determine it was a grey water tank that I discovered in the back yard. Knowledgeable of the system, they scraped out all the grass roots in the tank and pumped it out completely. Works perfectly now. Very fair rate for the pump out

8 months ago I had a new drainfield installed. They didn't completely empty the holding tank of accumulated solids and I was given the excuse that their pump truck had recently required a new pump and they now could not pump solids. My cover was damaged during the installation and was never properly repaired. When they were here today because I had sewage bubbling up in my yard they told me there would now be a charge to pump the tanks. They did clean the filter free of charge but the reason for the plugged filter was because of not pumping it in the first place. 8 months and I required maintenance. I will be contacting an attorney and the county health department on these issues. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
