I called for a quote to have routine service performed, prevention pump out, filter clean and risers installed. The folks who took the call were professional. It was determined that they needed to check my property to make sure their truck could access. The owner lives less than a mile from my home. I was told I would receive a call back no later than the next day. I followed up two days later and was told we will get back to you tomorrow. Again two days later, I reached out and was told we will get back to you on Monday. Today is Tuesday and I am going with another local company for the services. I wanted to consider this company as they were referred to me by my neighbor who had just used them about a month prior. I am giving them a 2 because the folks on the phone were always professional when I spoke with them. They just must not have wanted my business. Update: The company contacted me today by both text and voice mail, apologized for their delay in getting back to me. Unfortunately, I had contracted the work with the other company prior to their attempt to contact me today.
