Be aware. I was told by Marcela she had an item a friend wanted. I made the purchase over the phone ( $3,200.00 ) and she told me she was putting it aside, sine it was paid for. The day before my friend is to go and pick it up, I receive a call they never had the item, it was ordered but no tracking number yet received. They lied to make a sale, my friend is here from Brazil and does not have the item for her trip to Aspen! Horrible lying people! Go somewhere else. They will only return my money when they get the item, which not even Debora the store manager knows when that is! Answer from Marcela for an item that was in the store and that I paid for on 12.24.19: “We don't have answer yet. We did sent a email last week; but because the holidays in Italy is taken more than we expect...we are being checking every day.” These people should be ashamed of themselves, lying and cheating just to make a sale!
