        Completely mismanaged. Came to get my jeans hemmed that I had bought online. They said the tailor would be out for 3 weeks. Annoying but fine. Came back 3 weeks later and they said they cant take my jeans because the computer is down. Try again tomorrow no

        After driving to go to this store, I showed up at 6:30pm today (wed) and the store was already locked with no one there. If you dont work till 7pm as advertised change your hours. Store management should know about this. Unacceptable.

        The store is ginormous and carries any product the brand sells. The sales associates are very nice and make people feel welcome. I came with my family and they showed me items that worked well for me and my style. A joy to shop there.
