Stay away from this company......I REPEAT STAY AWAY..........Dealing with them is a nightmare.......don't get ripped off like we have‼‼‼‼......giving them one star is way too generous......

Gave 1 star only because I had to. I encourage anyone considering this company to run in the other direction. Hands down, the single worst experience I have ever had with a company for ANYTHING! They do not keep their customer informed - ZERO communication unless you initiate. Extremely rude, zero accommodation for the customer when the company screwed up, and ordered the wrong product, did NOTHING to compensate for TWO damaged items in a row, stuck with a damaged door with no partial refund. I was literally told verbatim, "I never promise anyone anything." DO NOT CONSIDER THIS COMPANY!

An estimator named "Jimmy", came out to measure up the job. He was right on time, efficient and professional just as one would expect a company to be when sending out somebody to check whats needed for it's customer. He was able to politely answer all of my concerns as I did impose a number of questions on him.
