I recently had the pleasure of working with two exceptional associates Kevin and Jamie while brainstorming ideas to redo my kitchen. Their kindness and understanding made the experience both enjoyable and productive. They took the time to listen to my needs and preferences, offering insightful suggestions tailored to my vision. Their expertise and attention to detail were evident as they guided me through various design options, helping me narrow down choices and find the perfect solutions for my space. Overall, their support and guidance were invaluable, and I'm grateful for their exceptional service.

Attention, Jose Gregorio. I have trusted and dealt with Travis Allen, a very reputable sales associate, for several years to harden my home from storms. I have since purchased windows and the sliding door for my daughters condo through him. Never did I ever have any worries regarding any of my business dealings, until Americas Services Group. I signed a contract with them on November 30, 2023. Here we are, four months later, and numerous lies later, and still no door. After 2 1/2 months and a $2000 deposit, they had never even applied for the building permit. When they finally did, I had to walk them through the process. I even picked up the permit for them! After three promises of an installation date (lies), and three promises broken, one of the head honcho shows up at my door on a Saturday morning, hat in hand, apologizing profusely, how they had dropped the ball, and handed me a check for my deposit. I did not want my deposit back. I wanted my door. He told me they wanted to make it right and they had re-ordered the door March 2 and it was to be ready March 26, with another guarantee of install for this Saturday, March 30. It is now March 28, two days away from install. I cant even get anyone to return my numerous phone calls and texts. Additionally, Travis Allen, my trusted ally in this whole debacle, has washed his hands of them, and walked away. So if anyone is even considering working with these underhanded people, RUN!! DONT WALK AWAY from these dishonest business people!
