Paramount Security

As a former employee I can say that thier management needs a lot of training and if your work for them as a security guard be expecting to work with almost no information or training about your site. Their retention services is awful, they'll let go of any guard without even considering them, and they clinets will found themselves on thigh spot with a when they can get hold of a supervisor or the guard that are supposed to be on site. I hope they can improve their quality.

I've changed my review because the problem i had was actually my fault and they still gave me work. This company makes it easy for people to get a job in this country unlike most places that only provide opportunities to people with a perfect record elitist style hiring. This company on the other hand gives jobs to people that want to work!! For all Americans. Great company to work for.
