Never work or hire this company. They donâ€™t pay, they hire homeless people without license to do security. Garbage low class people. Itâ€™s a total scam operation. LAVON JOHNSON (owner of the company) tried to illegally force me to join TRANSITIONS ( a work program for ex cons) if I want to continue working for ULTIMATE GAURD. Total corruption!
