Do not work with this scammer, him and his relatives RUN A SCAM and hold your security deposit even if you leave the place in perfect condition after telling you when handing the keys over that the will be giving a full refund. Additionally, Living in a unit with a BROKEN AC for months on end with no one taking care of the property. I want to warn the world of this scammer. HE IGNORES MY calls and is unprofessional. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. Currently opening up a lawsuit VS these scammers.

Liars ... they tell you the building has a pool and a spa and turns out we never had one !! Don’t refund your deposit even if you leave your place absolutely spotless (I had a professional cleaning company to ensure impeccable results) place was entirely painted in immaculate white. If I had known I would have saved my money !! AC was so dirty it wasn’t working and we were paying above $350 a month of electricity for a 800SF 1 bedroom apartment (in winter months, in summer was around $500) ...We had an FPL agent inspection to see what was the problem and were told this was actually dangerous as every AC vents were totally black from dirt. Nothing was ever done and we had to move out for the sake of our health. But never saw our deposit back. Really sad.
