This company is reallly robbing people there deposit money !!!! I will comment on this review until they decide to be fair to us renters !!! So I cleaned and took care of a property like it was my own and they still had the nerves to charge me $1900 for painting and cleaning. What type of cleaning and painting where you guys doing ??? Thieves I was very diss appointed!

This review is for CT International, the phantom property management arm of Galium Capital (basically the same employees and the same company different front). I had a nightmarish experience with them on the property management end. My impression is that they are strictly a money-making operation with appallingly incompetent office employees, unethical business practices, and little regard for the person on the other side of the transaction.
