Please be advised that every patient upon signing in for the very first day signs a policy regarding insurance, billing and insurance payments, and refunds. We try to be as transparent as possible. However, sometimes the forms may get overlooked. The amount of effort, and time that it takes in order to get the insurance companies to actually approve. These medically indicated surgeries has become more and more onerous. The process includes consultations with patient, coordinators, consultations with nurse, practitioners, physicians, and surgeons, and all of the records that need to be sent and followed up on by people within the billing and insurance department. All of this is done so that our patients can have their procedures covered at least partially by their insurance carriers. We hope that you will give us the opportunity to rectify your experience as we can provide you with a 90% chance that you will be cured .

Thank you so much for your message. We have a very detailed refund policy in order to adequately care for the patients that we do on a daily basis. In order to put things in motion for someones surgery, there is an significant amount of administrative effort dialoguing with insurance companies often multiple times, consults with medical professionals and doctors, all of which has a cost. That is why we have no refund policy that is signed off by our patients and detailed at the time that you make your payments.
