If I can give NO STARS I WOULD. Do not go here they are scammers. A girl named SARA HIDS took my $500 deposit with FULLY knowing my history. She said it my surgeon would be Dr. Simmons and my date was in December. Another lady named GABY called me about 4 weeks later told me no surgeon will do my surgery and she was going to talk to her manager about getting my refund because what Sara did was wrong. I called and they were giving me the run around. Tried to dispute the charges and they told my company that they can cancel at anytime.
My thing if you knew my history why still take my deposit. They are scammers and I would NOT recommend you going here.

Simmons is a nice guy but I would never ever go to him again. Said I wouldn’t need a tummy tuck… a year later my stomach is uneven and I have a lump in my hip.

Hi ladies I had a complete Tummy Tuck with Dr JC Alvarez, my recovery was nothing I expected. I was told I’d get complete post-op care, and once I got home we’d do FaceTime post-op care. I was advised not to get any massages yet I did my own research and found out they help you recover. I’m currently a little over 5 weeks post-op and I’m still healing, I understand healing takes time but my belly button is still draining a yellowish fluid, I’m terrified of getting an infection so I had to fly back to see the doctor so he can check on the drainage and to give me answers as to why my belly button wasn’t healing. Upon arrival the staff was so rude and short with me the doctor didn’t even check my belly button, I eventually had to reach out and find local care in my area, my caregiver removed over 3 thick stitches that I believe is what was causing the drainage. Basically the flight was worthless and expensive. The doctor was apparently to busy and didn’t have time for me. I truly believe that I was treated different for all of my post-op care, once they take your money you become and experiment and they just hope for the best. I was promised post-op care that I never received, I was ignored, my calls were never returned and I have yet to receive my FaceTime post-op appointment. Ladies please do your research, I’m sure you can find better care elsewhere.

I was referred to dr.Oliver Simmons from a friend a received a breast lift with silicone implants after getting my surgery I was in a lot of pain I went to fill my prescriptions and there was no pain medication available anywhere until I found a cvs with only 5 pills I was told when they restocked i could receive more by the nurses bit when I went back to the pharmacy they said I needed another script I called new life trying to get the remaining 25 pills and I was screamed at by one of the nurses and was told I’m addicted to pain pills I never got surgery before this and needed the medicine I was prescribed I can’t believe how unprofessional his staff is very unorganized the day of my surgery they told me I owed them money if I don’t keep track they would of stole more money what a scam please don’t go to this place and if you do get your medication before your procedure because if not you will be in pain looking for medicine very disappointed and will be contacting a lawyer for my pain and suffering!
