        I give them 1 star because the 0 does not exist horrible store I went to pick up an order that I made online and when I arrived at my house it was not what I had asked not to review the store because usually Pizza Hut does not have this type of errors but in this store It seems that apart from horrible customer service.

        Had a little hiccup getting the pizza delivered, but the delivery driver was friendly and the pizza was good. #CheeselessPizza

        Our order was placed and confirmed at 7:21 pm It said delivery was to be made at 7:50 pm, we waited until 8:51 pm to call since it’s Sunday night and might be busy. As the employee was searching for our order we could hear the other employees con tremendo relajo comiendo m****a, after a while he told us that the order was cancelled because the phone number was invalid, which was updated a month ago and orders have been placed successfully before that at other Pizza Hut stores. Mind you we checked the tracker and up until now it STILL says it’s on the way. We were not offered any apologies, we were just hit with “well.. do you wanna just reorder?” No thank you.
