Pizza Hut

I ordered this online for carry out, in all three pizzas i asked for extra cheese which is $2.25 extra per pizza, the store completely ignored the extra cheese request and robbed my money. Went to pick up the pizzas and I told the employee in charge about my concern, and he offered to do the pizzas again in 25 mins since there were several orders ahead of me, did not offer me a discount, did not offer me apologies, totally unprofessional and disregard for what they had done to me. This had never happened to me before at this pizza store and I feel like ot is done on purpose so the store can save on cheese supplies and the manager makes more money.

I ordered thin and crispy, light sauce, cheese, pepperoni. Why got was a pizza hard as rock nooooo sauce with pepperonis that were extremely crispy, I order two pizzas one for grandkids for dinner, and one for neighbor. She called me to tell me how cold and horrible the pizza was. In better words this Pizza was missing the love the quality. Ended up ordering food again, because my grandkids DID NOT LIKE IT! Never again Pizza Hut

My order was made incorrectly. When I asked for additional items the employees stated we dont have that they employees at this location are jot customer service friendly or try to help the customer. This was absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had with any Pizza Hut location. I will go out of my way to order from a different place from now on

If I could give negative stars for this specific Pizza Hut I would. Their workers dont know what theyre doing, they couldnt find my address in the system even though Ive made orders previously and so they hung up on me. I called back and the lady was rude and hung up on me. I ended up ordering from Dominos. Thanks Pizza Hut.
