M & M Mortgage Services Inc

Called me 3 times and each time either hung up without responding to me or hung up after 1-2 rings. They finally decided to talk to me on the 4th call and said they noticed I was looking at mortgages a month ago. I told them I had already closed with my bank and the guy said "oh you already closed" and hung up. I might not be a potential customer, but that's terrible customer service. Based on some of the other reviews here I hope no one is unfortunate enough to use your services.

I am very disappointed with the way this company conducts business I was hired back in February of last year to service a couple of their properties in Hawaii and right off the bat I had a bad feeling as they asked me to sign a lien release before they paid me for our services I signed in good faith it has been over half a year they still haven’t paid me I call but no answer LUCIA MUNOZ was the person I had an agreement with this has been the worst experience I have had so far they take advantage of small businesses use them and never pay honestly would give zero stars if google had the option

I had an amazing experience with M&M Mortgage and specifically Steve Rosson. Steve was proactive in every detail, very quick to respond to all my calls or emails and took the time to go over all the details and steps that were going to be involved. The whole experience from start to finish was 3 weeks, it would have taken less time but my employer caused it to take longer. Steve even walked them through step by step exactly what he needed from them. Steve was professional, personable, and reassuring during the entire process. I would highly recommend Steve Rosson for anything that you might need.

Challenging communication at best. Very long winded phone calls. Please give me the details and let me get on with my day! Tried to get an extra $500 out of me on the last day. Won’t be using them again.
