Worst customer service skills. The male supervisor is discourteous, he will yell at you and hang up the phone on you multiple times. He also refuses to allow you to talk to anyone above him. He is extremely unprofessional and acts like a child. My main concern is who would be oblivious enough to place someone with such a bitter and nasty attitude in charge. A leadership role should be earned not just handed to the first person you find on the street, because that is how that man portrays himself, like he just got off the street. Hope this helps someone to make the decision of not getting themselves into anything with these people. Save yourself the headache
