Jesus is very personal, approachable and fast pace. He went above and beyond to make sure, my client, the buyer/borrower, got the best financial option and fought hard to get the best interest and deal. After Jesus got buyer/borrower a discount thru one of his programs, we found out that a conventional bank was not going to lend buyer money due to the subject property / condominium having a 10% insurance deductible. But Jesus got buyer / borrower a discount although it was a non-qualified mortgage. Even our closing processor was surprised to see how low/competitive the interest was thinking it was a loan done thru a conventional bank instead of with a non-regulated / private bank as that was our only option. Thank you Jesus and Maribel for all your hard work ... it is very much appreciated by me as realtor and my client, the buyer/borrower.
