alot of sloppiness from staff, lazy nurses, others making serious mistakes. likeable nurses but not competent nor safe. once I complained, the agency dropped me like they do all over the country. Our insurance company says they have heard similar for years. This company also deletes every review. They also were fined 150 million dollars a few years ago for fraud. Just like every other agency here, they do not vet the nurses. They send the nurse to you to interview and do all the work and training. The paperwork was not done when the case started. I liked both nurses who came out but for safety reasons could not retain them after a few days. Was also difficult to get these things addressed. They just reassign and shuffle the nurses.

I have been working for maxim for over a month and this has been the worse travel experience ever. I been a travel nurse for years and I have never seen my paycheck altered so many times. First paycheck I did not received contacted my recruiter And she stated it was a glitch in the payroll system, second time my stipend was missing only received hourly pay. And my last paycheck I picked up a extra shift for a $500 bonus which I have yet to receive. Per my recruiter Angelina it was blamed on the hospital manager. I contacted my current manager from the hospital and she stated it was send over but she will send it again.yet to receive this bonus, also I noticed my stipend was short over $300 short on my last paycheck. I think this company or this recruiter is stealing from the nurses paycheck!lastly, I attempted several time to get in contact with a manger and no contact was provided to me. I’ll suggest do not go with this company.
