I just started a new job and got introduced to this amazing platform, app, service. HR and knowing all the in-and-outs related to it have been a nightmare, not knowing what’s the right thing to follow. With Paycom it feels like a seamless dream. Everything I need is all in one place. Well organized and explained in detail. Service is also great when there are issues. I would highly recommend this to anyone that doesn’t have something like this implemented at their current job. It’s near bullet proud for success. Tell your HR department to look into it because I cannot rave enough about it!

Love the ease of use for Paycom. It’s really easy to add in the deductions for insurance and manage my direct deposit. Great graphs that break down my paystubs and always secure and easy to access. I highly recommend this solution after having experienced ADP for many years.

Just implemented Paycom full suite into our organization. The first meeting with the Miami Sales team to the Miami Implementation has been a great experience. At first Paycom seemed too good to be true.....it's not it is Legit! The Miami Sales Leader - Matt, great at listening to what the client needs and providing the different products to scale our business. The Miami Implementation Leader - Mica - the absolute best! Patiences of Saint . She is always available, does a great job training not on the HR team but the managers and employees. She always goes above and beyond. If you decide to implement Paycom - you won't be sorry. Have used other product in the past and by far this is the most straight forward, simplest and cost effective tool used .
