Consulate General of Bahamas

This place is the worst. You can't even get anyone one the phone when you call. And when you do they seem to always have a bad attitude. Constantly telling you one thing and by the time you call back they can't remember what they said. I wonder who is in charge over this office. Because if your allowing such bad customer service to continue. And from what I've seen when actually being in this office. From management on down this place needs to be clean out. You treat your own Bahamian people so bad. Only thing I could see happening to change Bahamas Consulate General in Miami. Is too put new people in place who knows and understands what serving to the public means. " CUSTOMER SERVICE" there needs to be a change made quickly.

No one is never at the consulates office to answer questions or concerns. Very unresponsive and does not return messages. OMG same unprofessional policies as on the islands - unacceptable!

they need to shut down if they want to operate in the usa giving such a horrible service!!! that is the lowest review i even saw online about anything! no one answer the phone and no one help and no one reply to emails!! shut down if you do not want the business don't you think? now you lost 100 tourists that i was trying to send to the bahamas from my company your loss

Bad service not helping at all

This was my 3rd trip to the consulate in three 3 weeks. Two hour ride each way. I am not sure what happened at the consulate on yesterday and why they had closed but I had an appointment for 12 noon. I got there at 11:45 to find a notice on the door that the consulate was closed and will reopen on Monday. Regardless of the emergency somebody should have grabbed the appointment book and cancel all appointments. This office services Bahamian citizens in all of South Florida. A courtesy call to reschedule would have been appreciated. I wasted gas my time money for parking because there's never anywhere to park in that congested place. I am disappointed each time I go there. I wish they would move that office at a more convenient location. We have got to do better as a people and as a nation.
