        MIAMI OFFICE I needed to get information on how to renew my passport and contacted the Miami office since this is the closest state to me. EVERY TIME I called and waited for the operator, I always got someone and he took the time to explain everything. When I filled out the form and sent it in via FedEx (because regular post makes me anxious), Mrs. Hing called me back and assisted me with my affidavit. She was so full of patience, explaining every step. Today I called to check on the status of my passport and got Riva Hosein He was very pleasant, helpful, courteous, and positive. It was good to not feel like I was begging for help and to be treated like a person. Hats off to the Miami TnT Consulate General! I hope you keep this up. Ah go dance fuh allyuh weddin.
