Worst experience ever! I added three new lines with T-Mobile's promotion of a free phone with each new line. Immediately after adding the lines the employee demanded I buy accessories for the new phones. After a few minutes of arguing, I stated to cancel the new lines that I would call T-Mobile, then they accepted I get the lines & phones without having to buy the accessories. Never going to this store again.
