They employees at this location have no clue what they are doing.Went to this store for a simple process . I needed the sims card change from the sprint one to the team Mobil one. Was there and the associated pulled the old sims card out and replaced it with the new one. I specifically ask that’s all you have to do and he said yes. About an hour or two later went I went to check my phone I was having issues (before they replace the sims card the phone had no issues) . Went back to the store and the girl that took care of me was clueless on what to do. She did the basic stuff that anyone can do ( soft shutdown, check setting, and uninstall and reinstall the app). There was no manager on site . She went to the back to call a manager to see if they could give her another idea. Manager never responded to her call or text. Her solution was to send me to another location for them to look at it. Went to the other location to find out the first thing they had to do was do an updated before installing the new sims card ( which they never did). After waiting for the updated to be done I found out that by the negligence of the this location I could have lost my stuff on the phone. Needless to say that after spending almost 2 hours at this other location ( which they stay after they closed trying to help me ) trying to fix the issue my phone is still not working properly. I have to back today for them to try to fix it.
