        Worst service ever. They leave you on hold forever 10-20 minutes. It’s happened to me twice already. They pickup and say “cvspleasehold” and don’t give you a chance to get a word in. All I want to know is if my prescription is ready.... I shouldn’t have to wait 18 min... yesterday. 10 min today. If it’s a staffing issue, please train more employees. After this prescription, I will never use CVS again.

        I do not often leave reviews for phone stores but felt inclined to do so for this one. I recently left Tmobile for Verizon(big mistake as the cell signal in West Kendall for Verizon is not good). Upon my parting, Tmobile wanted some equipment back, it got very complicated and this store spent well over an our of their time fixing it for me, despite knowing they were not making money out of it. The manager went above and beyond for sure. Thanks guys.
