I had a bad experience whe I went to pick up and connect a new phone at this location, very disrespectfull peoples that only care about selling phones. I expent 3 hours there and they switched me to 2 different sales people including Roy. They lost 1200 pictures and voice mail info from my older phone, customer service is no good at this place.

Had a bad experience at this tmobile, to begin nobody at the store speaks english, the manager alexis wasnt too helpful either. Will never go into this store again.
