        I am very upset, I did the keratin treatment and got a hair cut. Both were HORRIBLE. The keratin did not work at all, I followed the instructions and my hair ended up being the same as before. The haircut was EXTREMELY uneven. I had to go to a different salon today to get my hair done again. Honestly I should get a refund.
