Ive been with Roxy Claro for 8 years and I will follow her wherever she goes. I dont let anyone else touch my hair and now that shes been working at Arlys. I really enjoy the salon. Wonderful service and attention.

I wanted to come on here and write a review for the professionalism the entire staff has here at the salon was outstanding. Roxy Claro did my hair and she is nothing but perfect. The way she treated me and the way she treated the other clients coming in was second to none! I truly recommend this salon and Roxy! Dont be fooled by other non credible reviews. Thank you again! Pero que se podrá esperar de una persona q se comunique de esa forma.. Ella trabaja con clientes. No es professional para nada.. Let me start off by saying the owner has nothing to do with this situation, but its about someone that she has working in her salon. I followed a lady by the name of ROXY CLARO because she was recommended to me by a co-worker of mine. I find the instagram of the beauty salon & I search the followers for her to see more of her work. When she accepts, I see that she has 0 pictures of her work so I unfollow. I have no reason to follow her in this case. This lady gets super offended by my unfollow and attached I posted the screenshot. I dont think someone like this should even deal with clients. Shes beyond rude and unprofessional. Attached is also proof I really did want to do my hair.

Roxy Claro , one of the hairstylist there very disrespectful with future customer , that way shes never gonna get clients
