Radisson Resort Miami Beach

Overpriced, terrible service. Arrived early, room not ready. They don't call/text when the room is ready like every other hotel. "Come back later" from Nikita. She could have offered luggage storage, pool use etc but she was rushed and dismissive. Came back later, Jayson checked me in. His demeanor was no better. Almost no resort information was provided. Not the worst experience but it should be much more welcoming, helpful. The room was ok but small. The bathroom was fine with good lighting. The room was clean. The hotel was clean. In fact, I think the cleaning staff are the only ones working. The room is not soundproof. I could hear people clearly in other rooms, the hallway. I heard pipes rattling. Barcelona was the weirdest experience. The server was nice but inept. We had to get a pitcher of water ourselves from the bar to refill our water. My grilled cheese tasted ok but it wasn't hot. I ordered soup-"we don't have spoons"-srsly! It took 10 minutes for them to get me a spoon. Fries were good. Chicken ceasar was fine. Dessert was disappointing. Took forever. Warm apple crisp was actually cold lattice apple pie. They add 18% gratuity on all checks. Maybe that's why the service is so bad. Pool area overwhelmed with drug stench. The location is wonderful, right on Miami Beach. This hotel is way over rated.

You can relax on the beach in front of the Radisson.

My room was right above the hotel generator. Couldnt sleep for 3 nights. Hotel management didnt care. Never staying there again

Friendly service at check-in. Front desk staff are awesome. Clean and beautiful hotel. Breakfast was great. We will be back Food & drinks: Breakfast is top notch
