Royal Palm South Beach Miami, a Tribute Portfolio Resort

This hotel is overall nice, and the staff is very friendly However i booked two separate reservations and I was overcharged 1200 in security deposits for 3 nights I have noticed other reviews on trip advisor facing the same issue so please be aware of this especially if your on a budget.. I have checked out apx 13 days ago and I still dont see any refunds unfortunately, Im also a solo traveller that stayed for only 3 nights, I have been talking to someone on email in the accounting department and had to send over photos of my banking statements to prove that I have been overcharged because apparently they cannot find the transactions in their system which is alarming!! If I dont see my refund by April 17 I will be disputing with my bank as these charges done by the hotel are fraudulent. Im hoping the accountant department can update me as soon as possible and have this sorted out.

Great Service here at Palm Royal! The lobby smelled so good too! One small complaint, the rooms didn't have fridges or microwaves. They do deliver food & drinks to you on their private beach, that's service! Rooms: Rooms don't have mini fridges & microwaves Walkability: Very walkable location, there is also a free trolley that takes you all over Miami Noteworthy details: You can also sign out bikes as a service for 2 hours to ride around the City!

The best location in Miami!! Beach, pool and excellent service! Highly recommended Walkability: 2 steps from Lincoln, full of restaurants and shops and Ocean drive. On the boardwalk to go for a walk, bike ride or run!!

Great location with tons of places to eat and shop at nearby. The beach and pool were spectacular.
